Joining mining corps & killing a whole bunch of their miners during one of their mining ops extracts a good amount of tears.

One more question, what would be good ship to do this in?

Hurricanes are pretty popular for this. I used an Ashimmu when I did it last, but if I ever do it again I'll probably go with a Machariel or Tornado. It seems to take the miners a few minutes to realise what is happening.

EDIT: I've also got a Procurer fit that I'd like to use for this.

Thank you for your precious advice, i will be extracting tears soon.Pirate

Excellent idea, you deserve a tear medal. This is what i will be doing!

Just be clear, you need to be good to do this. And no offense, if you have to ask this question, you will end up with tears. You do know you can also be blown up right? But that is right, you have trillions of ISK and will soon own everyone who plays the game, my bad carry on.

My idea is to drop them very fast before they can do anything. Dream scenario would be 3 or 4 hulks, orca or orcas big brother that i dont recall by name, i think it was rogual or something like that. Then shoot them all in low hull and extort many money, after payment destroy the ship, maximum tears in my opinion.

Oh it might work if you had someone who knew how to pull it off, I can already tell you will fail. But live and learn is a good as teacher as anything. I can tell you right now, if you tried that on me, after I stopped laughing, I would wait for you to get blown up as you were demanding ISK.

I'm a nerd, you can check my stats!! Skilling Int/Mem at 45 sp per minute is how I mack!     I'm like a lapdog, all bark no bite.

If i use one pointer ship and then gank machariel or vindicator to drop them?

I think in this scenario you need to be very fast, before reinforcements arrive and extract my tears. Maybe jump in to point first in some sneaky recon ship and then jump in the tear extractor ship.

They don't seem to notice when I warp to zero in a faction ship armed to the teeth. The last time I did it it literally took them 3 minutes to notice & I'd already killed their 2 Hulks & had their Orca in half structure. Even when it was about to die they seemed to think I was just messing around. It took the loss of the Orca pilots implants (1bil mindlink) for them to finally notice what I was doing to them.

A Machariel or Vindi will kill mining ships pretty fast. I just tackle the Orca while killing everything else. Once everything else has left, I switch to killing the Orca & spam D-scan until it dies.

I agree with the statement that flying into a mining OP and shooting every goddamned person there to bits makes people angrier than just about anything else. I've done a bunch of stuff that made people really angry in EVE but that one takes the cake. Well, either that or killing some dude in his multi billion isk battleship.

Pretty much any battlecruiser will do for killing miners, Brutixes, hurricanes and harbingers are all good when armor fit because you can easily fit multiple warp disruptors and do enough DPS to burn through everything quickly. For killing mission runners a typhoon with neuts and torpedoes is about as optimal as it gets, big armor buffer with neuting power to shut off active tanks and selectable damage type makes it an ideal boat for killing those expensive faction battleships people use for missions and you don't need that much SP for it to work either.

Join random miner corp & tell them you're a miner. Most of them don't do any sort of API check.

I would disagree with the most do not, but meh I can only go by a few corps so you may be right. The issue is that in order to pull off join a corp and then kill, you need a plan, the OP has no idea how to play eve that alone to make a plan like this. You need to be subtle and likeable.

This might be an obstacle, but i can try real hard. Api check can be bypassed, no problem.

Bah @ suicide ganking, that takes investment and effort to find a target worthy to gank.
Just take up cloaking and ECM.
Head to 0.0 and lock some local passer-by down. When done with that, cloak afk there for three days.
Requires no serious investment at loss and no need for a specialized corp. You don't even need to be at the computer.
Let the ragequit commence!
You could do it in a tengu too, btw, multi-account with a covert jump portal pilot. Extra bonus and mad tears.
With all the tears for nerfs, and ccp starting to listen to some of them, more people should start doing this Evil

Clever idea, i need two pilots to open the portal right and additionally a ship that goes through it? I could camp some system and go as i please with this system.

True. In any case, you just want it to be known that a cov-ops/black-ops ship is there and afk cloaked, portal generator capable, they will be sleepless for days waiting for an invasion fleet.

An extension of the joining corps to screw with people and make them cry thing is robbing peoples wormholes. Again it doesn't require much in the way of skills (robbing a wormhole basically only requires basic scanning skills and an industrial ship) and can net you a huge quantity of money, people also get very upset about it.

What all the corp related shenanigans do require though is alts. Characters employment histories get screwed up very quickly if you only use one of them so you're best off using them in cycles and leaving them in "fallow" corps for a while, where they either sit doing nothing just to make it look like they've been in a corp for a reasonable amount of time or wait around gaining trust so that they can get POS roles in a wormhole.

There are some additional intricacies to the actual mechanics of killing people you're in the same corp as, but I don't think I'm going to talk about those on the forums. But in the long term if you get really good at making people explode this way people will actually pay you to do it, since wars in highsec stopped being a thing in Inferno the majority of the contracts we get are to kill people in this way, they are also cheap to do, easy and pay better than wars ever did.

Stop saying tear extraction all the time it makes u sound silly :)

There is a piracy bit on the personality test.

Sorted, someone like to talk eh?

Secondly, the goons don't infuriate me for one. I feel sorry for all people who have to join the biggest baddest gang and stand next to them to feel big. Most goons i see are too young to have been part of anything much aside from "sea of blue" and boring blob fleets. Big props to any goons who actually put the alliance where it is today Cool
