Nice.

It's all good, I like the changes at the end of the day. Don't misunderstand me. It was the acceleration of the change that was dissapointing. We will continue capping systems and will reach our highest possible tier status within a short time. Big smile

Not true, we need to hurry since CCP saw it fit to make it easy enough to uncontest the systems (see the other blog) as another favour for their frog overlords.

Is there anyone in Caldari & Amarr side who trusts CCP with anything or who does not want to drive Hans out of town, covered in tar and feathers?

BTW Mjolnir- Bolsterbomb was approached by CCP and his views were considered. There was a Skype conference call which included Bolster, Chatgris, myself, XG, Hans, MinutemanKirk, and Amymuffmuff. All militias were fairly represented. Well, at least the important and relevant ones

I was not there at this conference call mind you. The last time I asked when the patch would be rolled out the answer was TBD still.

The last time I was on Skype was when Hans threw a conniption because I disagreed with his "suggestions"

Is it going to work or am I missing something?

yes you miss the fact that you make about 5m isk / hour like that because lp is worthless

As much of a hilarious descision this was, and how funny I'm finding the tears of the Caldari, I do agree that a complete warzone reset would have been the better idea

Essentially this is the heart of my aurgument, or "tears" as they are commonly referred to.

If you are going to make vast sweeping changes to a broken LP system, why not reset the entire Warzone when doing so. We can aurgue about the details later, the fine tuning and such.

Basically what we are "mad" about is that we were not allowed sufficient time to cap our systems, (though we did a great job yesterday capturing some key station systems, etc) and yes we did get caught on the wrong end of the LP pendulem swing. We did not create this situation, nor did we invent the mechanics behind it. It was a well known system and we were simply waiting for the point of highest impact based on what CCP had previously announced.

CCP created a completely meta FW rules system, we can all get over this. Are the changes good? I will say I do like most of them. However, denying us the initiative while making these changes clearly smacks of bias.

That's all. Making changes like this should reset the warzone. I still aurgue we should give everyone a clean slate and start the warzone control over.

For the role-players out there, it could even be a game event, Concord sanctioned redistribution due to impending Sansha threats or something. I don't know, you geeks work it out. Lol

Point is... reset warzone control, completely, start with a clean slate then you can see if your changes work or are horse manure.

Everyone gets found out for what they really are eventually.

Well then we would be mad that we weren't able to counter cap your capped systems. Yada, yada, yada. In the end it will likely be a "soft" reset. Damar will still live in Intaki, Gallente in Nenna, with at least 20+ systems on each side to get us to baseline Tier LP payouts.

I'm sure your plexing alts will still be able to use their 75k LP/day wisely. Big smile

As much as I really dont care (and I really dont, Im happy the changes are rolling "cooperation" back to the old ways. The statement above is frivolous.

The Gals screwed them selves by flipping early. The correct mindset would have been to hold off (like the cals are) until 1 day before patch. Flip systems and enter the patch in a favorable position , just like what happened when inferno hit the first time.

This is a horrible mess which torpedos one sides strategy, if it was a blank slate reset then it would be fine , make it a free for all on capping systems however this favors the Gals so much that it tremendously does hurt the caldari.

I do not belive CCP is pulling favorites, I simply think the people that have their ear are Gallente / Minni, and I would do the same thing if I were those people, however CCP should have published a date and said "its up to you now"

Again, heavy support for a faction wide system reset of control. Wouldn't this have made the most sense?

I digress, what's done is done. Due to certain people living in Caldari staions and certain Caldari living in Gall stations this would be messy at this point.

So game on I suppose, we will overcome this challenge as so many before it.

If CCP reset you would all be tinfoilhatting about how CCP favouring whoever had less systems and crying about how all your work to take said systems had been shat on by ebul Hans/Mittani/Icelandic house elves

Thank you for the strategy lesson Don Bolsterbomb. The Federation Militia is run by a bunch of idiots who happen to control the center of the map. Thankfully CCP chatgris "bailed" us out again.

Reset was not the answer. On the Caldari side Damar, Amarrian Retribution, Bad Messenger and IGB would be in tears over getting kicked out of their low sec homes. And the majority of the Gallente corporations occupying Black Rise would be pissed too.

Yes :) And the Caldari have had all this morning in their unopposed DT timezone to flip systems too, I expect the cal/gal warzone to come out relatively balanced after all this.

If you need to bring bigger things into bigger plexes (in order to kill the rats), and if bigger things run away slower, and since the button and warp-in have moved, it only makes sense to increase the payout of standard and major sized plexes because now you're looking to gangs to run them.

And boom goes the dynamite.

Also, are people ITFs really stupid enough to believe that CCP is baised in favor of either faction (Gal/Min vs Cal/Amarr)?
