7 Bill is the buyout but feel free to make offers.

Nav and Engineering and Electronics are ALL perfect for a Tengu. Some are not to 5 but that is simply because a Tengu doesn't need it maxed. Can mission run or Sanctum rat all day with just an AB and a small SB.

Misile support at 3s and 4s. 3 days training for them all to be 4s.

You will not be disappointed.
