Obviously i want the char to be able to USE the rorq not sit in it and twiddly thumbs. id prefer ingame evemails and if i buy we will continue via forums

All pre-reqs are there afaik, pre reqs for industrial core too, near max jump skills and a mean vindi or carrier pilot to boot.

I know she may not be your thing but she's excellently priced and offers a lot more utility than if you just opt for a rorq specialist. A lot of the same skills are as handy for a rorq as for carriers.

Anyway, thought i'd show you.
