Why was the collateral so low?

I applaud the underhand and devious nature with which the OP concluded his business but if the value of the gear was over half a billion ISK, then why was collateral not even a tenth of that? Pure financial stupidity.

No idea how he made the mistake of 20m, even if he meant to put 200m it was still less than half true value.
I am very happy with the result, who says monocle's do nothing lol, keeping my eye open for the next scam I really did enjoy this.

Stupidity annoys me but 4 years and CEO? I think you should ask him to sign over his house to you, it might work going by that.
