Interface unclickable upon login

Starting tonight (worked fine this morning, which I believe was after the latest patch) when I log into my character, I am unable to click on the menubars or undock button. Attempting to do so only results in the pointer jumping to the center of the screen and my character walking a few paces through the room.

I have tried erasing the cache, with no luck.

Any solution to this would be welcome.
