Hi

Any one knows a tool to manage members on a corp?
Like who exited, how much each one contributed to the corp in a given period, controlling the alt's, monthly contributions, annotations about other players like kos and why..

I tryed to install http://eve-corp-management.org/ to see if it fit's my needs, but it's not a easy thing to do

Any other suggestions ?

ECM is a brilliant tool, but very tedious to install, I wish they would make it PHP/MySql - would be much better, and easier to manage etc.

I managed to get it setup and installed, but took me several weeks.

I don't know of any other tools to do this though mate.

I'm looking for a similar tool too so I'll queue up the request PicaMiolos.

My web-hosting doesn't support ECM and indeed it's a little bit difficult install. I hope for a PHP/MySQL version ;)

I could probably code and maintain a PHP version, although I would need to know if it would be useful to enough people, and if the ECM developers don't mind.

I don't know when I could start (since I'm quite busy these days), but it's a project I wanted to do for some time.

i work on ecm and there will never be a php version. its all written in python and i dont think you realise how much is going on in ecm its not a simple thing to recode it but i dont think diab would have too much of an issue. its all gpl code so you're free to do what you want with it in that sense.

theres not much we can do about the difficulty installing it but if you want to drop by on irc at irc://irc.epiknet.org:6667/#ecm im sure someone would be around to help. or even asking for help on our website http://eve-corp-management.org/.

as a side note about being in python. it being in django and python makes it far easier to develop. the problem is the features are more complex than they might appear and having all the logic in python is a great help.
