65 mill sp and 75 mill sp are selling tengu pilots for 16 bi and 20 bill respectively, and you want 25 bill for a 38 mill sp non maxed tengu ? above post is correct, launcher skills are prerequisite to be "maxed"

You had better check the patch notes again, only 10% nerf which is nothing.
