Disruption Command Ship

When flying the current command ships i feel that there are a few indiscrepancies compared to the other ships lines.
Most notably the fact that the Strategic cruisers out perform its specific role.

I´m confident CCP will resolve this particular problem.
With the current lines redesigning i started thinking of Disruption Battlecruisers, and a new TII ship line, Disruption Command Ships

I wanted to create a command ship class that would be in line with the other command ships and the Strategic cruisers for Linking.

In this setup i was aiming for the strategic cruiser to be the jack of all trades, able to give links, but not as powerfull as command ships. The command ships then would be the ships with the better links. Designing this new ship line, had to fullfill a role that would not deminish either, but still would be a benefit to a fleet.

So i thought up with the idea of a command ship, that needs to stay on the field to be better. It would be worse then a strategic cruiser or command ship for offgrid boosting, but better to the ships while on grid.

In order to accomplish this i´ve designed the ships in the following order

Battlecruiser skill
Resistances and armor or shield amount as well as bonuses to that races electronic warfare systems
Disruption Command ship skill
Flatout warfare links bonuses, as well as those to a predesigned area around the ship

So lets see the individual ships:

(Amarr):
Battlecruiser skill bonuses:
5% bonus to Armor Resistance, 10% bonus to Armor Hitpoints
7.5% bonus to Tracking Disruptor and Tracking disruptor drones effectiveness
Disruption command ship skill bonuses:
2% bonus to the effectiveness of armor warfare links
4% bonus to the effectiveness of armor warfare links to ships in your drone control range
20% bonus to drone control range

Role Bonus:
-99% need to the cpu of warfare links
Can fit 3 warfare links simultaneous

Slot layout: 3 H, 5 M, 7 L
Drones (bandwidth / bay): 125 / 250
Signature radius: 300

(Caldari):
Battlecruiser skill bonuses:
5% bonus to Shield Resistance, 10% bonus to Shield Hitpoints
15% bonus to Electronic Counter Measures and ECM drones effectiveness
Disruption command ship skill bonuses:
2% bonus to the effectiveness of Siege warfare links
4% bonus to the effectiveness of Siege warfare links to ships in your drone control range
20% bonus to drone control range

Role Bonus:
-99% need to the cpu of warfare links
Can fit 3 warfare links simultaneous

Slot layout: 3 H, 8 M, 4 L
Drones (bandwidth / bay): 125 / 250
Signature radius: 300

(Gallente):
Battlecruiser skill bonuses:
5% bonus to Armor Resistance, 10% bonus to Armor Hitpoints
7.5% bonus to Sensor dampeners and Sensor dampening drones effectiveness
Disruption command ship skill bonuses:
2% bonus to the effectiveness of Information warfare links
4% bonus to the effectiveness of Information warfare links to ships in your drone control range
20% bonus to drone control range

Role Bonus:
-99% need to the cpu of warfare links
Can fit 3 warfare links simultaneous

Slot layout: 3 H, 5 M, 7 L
Drones (bandwidth / bay): 125 / 250
Signature radius: 300

(Minmater):
Battlecruiser skill bonuses:
5% bonus to Shield Resistance, 10% bonus to Shield Hitpoints
7.5% bonus to Target painters and Target painting drones effectiveness
Disruption command ship skill bonuses:
2% bonus to the effectiveness of Skirmish warfare links
4% bonus to the effectiveness of Skirmish warfare links to ships in your drone control range
20% bonus to drone control range

Role Bonus:
-99% need to the cpu of warfare links
Can fit 3 warfare links simultaneous

Slot layout: 3 H, 8 M, 4 L
Drones (bandwidth / bay): 125 / 250
Signature radius: 300

Would it be reasonably easier to just bump up the Command Ship skill effects on the existing ships? I don't think you'd really need to add a new skillbook, just buff the ship's bonus's.

Either way, good OP.

Good Op - but I think, as Proclus said, buffing existing CS hulls (and reducing, somewhat, the T3 booster effects) would go a long way towards resolving many of the underlying CS concerns.

Oh and buff gal CS please.

I'm right behind you

Yes like i said in my initial post, i´m confident that ccp will the command ships.
However i want to see the 4 lines they started as frigates to continue down into different ship classes
Attack, Combat, Disruption and Support. For that continuation i started thinking of these TII disruption command ships

Gallente Command ships look intresting, yet the bandwith and drone bay should be looked at. I like that each race has a different link bonus, although the gallentes bonus is certainly the weakest.

If they would switch the boosting amount from current strategic cruisers and command ships, a lot of problems would be solved i think
