offering 10 bill b/o will send isk when server restarts
this is based on the standings grind, as your char has no standing above .5 with any corp so refining will be a total waste on this toon
plus the skills required to effectively pilot a rorqual and use the industrial core on it
i really need to get a char soon, so let me know asap,
