Try the Cynabal http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Cynabal

It is very expensive and you will lose it, make no bones about that. L2P before you get into it for the first time. It's not a ridicously long skill train to get into either, but make sure you are full T2 before you do. It is a fine ship... for now at least.
