If morons can burn off that much ISK in a mining boat, maybe there is just a touch too much ISK in null.

There was risk, as obviously his titan died.
I assume you feel the Titan should have been invulnerable

It's obvious what happened. Somebody tried to cut in Chribba's monopoly of Titanmining. This is what happens, he sends the hitman after you.

Remember folks, only Chribba can make Titanmining look good, all others will just show how much they fail at EvE.

You might want to look at some lvl 4 mission boat kills in highsec, they arn't too far behind in value...

And then we have people like this snowflake. Granted he had a reason but my god there are so many who do this.

Well, to be honest. He did post he is quitting on forum, and that he is gonna put a crapload of isk in a ship, and good luck to whoever kills him. I think he was gonna get married...so he certainly did go out in style.
Still, he made somebody's day..or 10 years of playing :)

Won a G510 keyboard in AT-X on  21.07.2012. Still not delivered, CCP keeps quiet. Customer support needs a raise.

Don't forget it's just pixels."

douchebaggery backstabbery. How come its always teenagers and those with the mentality of them that find this worth doing?

Oh for ****'s sake, you're defending the titan pilot?

No, they are just quoting the pilot's (Acwrons) comment on the KB about the kill.

Edit: Wait, I see why you asked that and now I'm confused too.

Are you honestly saying you would pass up the chance to kill a mining fitted titan?

Care to enlighten us as to what is the actual point of a Titan lately? I'm actually inclined to applaud the chap for showing us yet again what a misconceived and poorly thought out (nor pointing out it's bloody expensive) the class known as Titan actually is.

And yes if the I know the guy or he had helped me out when I started I would have left him alone but thats just me having morals.

That's double the reason to do it. It's very exciting, like a spy movie or something. That's what makes EvE so great. It doesn't have a story that the players follow, instead the players make their own stories and it's up to them to decide how exciting their story is going to be. Betraying people who trust you is a part of the story that you weave but if you want your story to be a boring one, that's up to you.

i find that very hard to believe , really i even doubt that was how that titan was fitted

I do not agree with what you are saying , but i will defend to the death your right to say it...... Voltaire

I'm torn on the humor here:

1 - someone's little brother borrowed their Titan for epic Mining bonuses (because seriously this fit is so far off expectations)
2 - it's some form of protest and we're totally not getting it (like laughing at the humorous death of the women suffrage that ran infront of the kings horse and got splattered - haha crazy women, who let her out of the kitchen?)

Either way, I'm laughing as there's plenty of "Lolz" here (even if I'm still unsure who its at)

And ships that sail the sea

While I have to admit this is pretty funny, you guys still need to stick to the forum rules, especially Section 6 regarding personal attacks.

I've had to edit a couple of posts in here for bad language and personal attacks, so make sure you all refresh yourselves with the rules as we really don't want people getting in trouble.

I'm all for laughing about people losing ships in hilarious ways, especially mega expensive ones, but just be sure to keep the discussion civil and within the forum rules guys.

Thanks :3
