The isk that was transferred has been returned to my wallet by a GM. A petition has been filed to find out what is going on.

The sale could not be processed because GMs could not verify the owner of the account. Sad face. Sad

Edit: The petition has been resolved and explained with help from both GM CiD and the seller. The seller has confirmed via eve-mail that since the situation has been resolved, we intend to go forward with our original agreement. Will post again once the isk has been transferred.
