2K - Stands for 2 degrees Kelvin. Below this temperature at around atmospheric pressure and the all the way down to ~0 K, one does not create solid Helium, but a quantum fluid known as Superfluid Helium. Interested? I happens to be a unique form of matter. Convo me for more details...

Absolute zero is not some human limit on making things colder, it comes straight from the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics and the concept of reversible work and heat transfer. We knew about the existence of absolute zero long before we could come even close...

Family life comes BEFORE eve in 2K Helium. I had a wonderful day with my family today. First we went to see a Golden Retriever 10 week old puppy that we are 99.9999% certain to adopt. Although it was an hour drive away... well worth the trip. Later in the afternoon, we had a friend's 4-year-old birthday party... my son Douglas did really well in spite of his Aspergers Autism.

Once kids are asleep... time to log in and enjoy eve.
