Fix the jita spam allready

1700 people in jita.. fair


10 bots spamming scams every 5 sec.. = useless chat
i have nothing against scams n such.. but THE SPAM IS TOO DAMN HIGH !

it should not be possible to spam the same stuff over and over again in local chats in eternity !


ps comments like " i dont use local ." or "stop use local then " is ********..

it does NOT solve the problem !

Block list is already huge! They recycle these spamming alts almost as quick as you can block them.

I'm in Jita right now trying to sell a piece of carbon as a Charon for 1.3b ISK and I'm just reading things on the internet and copy/pasting my ad every 5 minutes or so. I hope you don't think that I'm a bot :p

i have seen in other games where people cant repeat the same or very similar line more than 2 times
then they have to change it alot before posting it again..

The spam in Jita is what sparks conversation between players. People come in, comment on scams, other people call them a noob and then people start flaming and other things. Without the scammers, no-one would make nooby comments about them and then no conversation would occur. It would be awkwardly quiet... This is how Jita would look;

If you find the idea of local spam to be annoying, go into a wormhole. You'll find all the pieces and quiet you'd like there.

please, this problem annoys me!

My block list is hard to open!

CCP please limit excessive spammers from posting to local completely. This business must end alltogether. It doesn't not add to game challenge, only to pilot distraction and endless blocklists.

This post sums up why the 'best' work with DCM inc.

Yah OP... just block them. You block a dozen spammers and Jita actually gets really quiet.

Yes they need to fix Spamming. Scamming is okay in Eve. Spamming however is not.
Spamming is not scamming. Its bad and lazy and you should feel bad and lazy if you use
a spam bot.


Also, CCP, it shows your total disinterest in fixing small things like this in the game. No doubt someone
from CCP has gone to Jita and seen the spam. It would be an easy fix. Maybe if someone tries posting
the same message twice with in a certain time span, it would reject the message, much like trial accounts.
