Player Features and Ideas Discussion

This has most likley been sugested before but I will post anyway.
Pretty much every weapon in Eve has tons of supporting skills to imporve RoF, Range, Cap Usage, Tracking, Falloff and may other attributes.

Smartboms has ... um.... one skill. Anyone find this strange?

A little love goes a long way
Change Energy Pulse Weapon skill to 5% increase in damage per level. Make T2 Smartboms avaliable at level 5.
Create a new skill that reduses the RoF on Energy Pulse Weapons by 5% per level.
Create a new skill that increases the range on Energy Pulse Weapons by 10% per level.
Create a new skill that reduses cap usage on Energy Pulse Weapons by 5% per level.

Have lots of love to spend on Smartbombs:
How about making Smartbombs smart?
Create a new skill that will reduse damage done to friendy units and drones by 20% per level.
Create new weapons called Pulsebombs, these are the dumb versions of Smartbombs. They are stronger, got better range but will also hit friendly units and drones.
Create new modules that increase damage for Energy Pulse Weapons.
Create new modules that increase range for Energy Pulse Weapons.

What do you guys think?

I was thinking the same thing. I have a smart bomb on my vengeance pve build simply because I couldn't think of anything better.

I also use web which is kinda pointless when I also use AB and being a rocket ship, I don't have to worry about tracking.

But, yeah, they need to expand on the smartbomb and I'm definitely for making smartbombs actually smart.
