I have some Proteus BPC and his conformable components, but at the moment i miss some skills (cruiser construction), when my char will be ready i will be able to manifacturing the cruiser in normal station slots or i need a POS?

You need one of these Subsystem Assembly Array and a POS.

Awesome i waste a lot of money for nothing.
Maybe should be better write the hint: "(Note: Tech III hulls cannot be assembled at starbase structures. The hulls and subsystems can only be assembled whilst docked in a station.)" in the cruiser and subsystem blueprint, not on assembly array tooltip, so some people will save money

You can build the hull, you cannot assemble the T3 SHIP in the array.
It's another fine example from CCP writers that tries to confuddle readers by re-using the word "hulls" in two different opposite circumstance.

Research time! T3 production is hard. It's kind of a PITA, actually. And it's easiest in a wormhole with help. I'd stop, take a while to learn everything, then decide if you want to continue after reviewing all the steps. But if you like manufacturing, go for it! Just do more research.

Sturmwolke - No no, sorry english is not my language i misreading hint and i can't explain perfectly in english.
I have bought BPC of Proteus, i have bought BPO of hibryd components, polymers and ancient salvaged material, i have manifactured components in normal station installation and then i knew that only on POS i can BUILD the hull. The problem is i don't have any POS!! Cry
Another thing: i misreading hint on assembly array tooltip, now i get it, pratically you can build hull and subsystems in assembly array but you must fitting subs on hull only docked in a normal station.
However put an alert on blueprint infos in these cases is not so expensive, CCP!!!!
