POS Roles and Permissions

Ok, maybe it's just me, but honestly, the roles and permission system in game is not very user friendly...

So here's my question...

What settings do I need to check off for corp members to use the POS ( for ship manufacturing) without giving them rights to pull down the POS and sell it?

This is really a question for the Science & Industry forum.

You might find some hints in the thread "A guide to POS labs". The roles required for using manufacturing lines are similar to the roles required for using research lines.

I'm being dragged out for AFK activities, but I'll answer this question further when I return.

This starts with ability to anchor/unachor for the corp.

If you don't give them those permissions they can't unanchor the items even though they are using the POS for things like research and manufacturing.

They'll need access to a wallet division (preferably empty).
They'll need access to a hangar division at "other locations" and at the system's station.
You can then adjust the access to each POS array in one of the POS management tabs. Might as well set it to "Corp."

What if the corp doesn't charge a fee, do you still have to assign a wallet division? I have 3 corp mates that are able to use our corporate POS for manufacturing and everytime I try to use it I get a message saying a I need a corporate wallet division. But those 3 others are all assigned the same roles/access as I. It's got us all confused.

You must have a wallet assigned.

Also use titles for assigning roles. (more)
