It's a good things these things don't cost like 99 cents or something. I might become addicted to single player virtual fashion and before long CCP might have had more of my money. God, what a sucker I would have been too. They'd have bent me over, hiked up my virtual skirt, slapped my polygon ass, taken me for an extra $50 and I would have liked it.

I know the new items aren't actually *in* the NEX store so I suppose it's concievable they *could* cost 99 cents but that's just silliness. CCP wouldn't take advantage of me like that. They like giving me stuff for free!

Thanks for the free aurum CCP. I can buy the boots I've been wanting at least. Of course now there's more boots I want. Oh well at least WiS is delayed and it doesn't matter.

But can we speed up the delivery of free aurum? At this rate it's going to take me 10 years to get the free aurum I need for everything I want but would otherwise buy like a fool with money.

I've never been to the Eve is Real site but is it possible that stage 4 could be upped to 50,000 aurum, and stage 5 like 100,000 aurum, and maybe for stage 6 Eve just gives up, hands us one of everything and goes off to cry in the corner?

I don't want to sound like I'm not appreciative of free aurum - I am. I just want more. A lot more. And faster. I appreciate that you value me enough as a customer to price things at a point where I won't give you money. Most companies would have fleeced me by now, but you slowly give me free stuff knowing I surely won't buy it.

It's an odd business model, but I like it. In fact I think so highly of your unique approach to anti-business that I think you should accelerate. Roughly 20 times faster should do. And can we get some shorts?

But .. but, they did market research! You know $1000 jeans at Japanese boutiques. Does CCP have a 'Wall of Shame'? because the Nex Store needs to go on it.

Nex (Cash Shop) / Aurum - removing sand from the sandbox since Incarna. Currently the only use for aurum is to buy virtual items in the in-game store, but Cockerill expects to expand its uses in the future.

If you uncheck the show only available items box at the bottom left of the market screen, you can see all the items that are in the database and not yet available from the NeX store.

Mostly its alt-palette stuff. But some of the alt colors are a lot more interesting than the standard stuff. Personally, I don't think the same style item in a different color scheme should cost any different.

I think some is made that they are not able to get nice high end jeans.

You know what you can do, get high end jeans in EVE for fraction the price.

OMG, I know, why has people not thought of this before.

O look, I opened up a GQ Mens magazine. Never though good looking cloth costed so much.

U mad bro???

You know, if you are going to be a troll at least be intelligent enough to know what the real subject is ... I'll give you a clue ... it isn't about clothing.

Bravo, Jada Maroo, Bravo Lol

In all seriousness, I've argued the same point; the model CCP has adopted does not make a lick of sense.

I totally support adding 50 tons of live TNT to NeX superstore and observing how the market expands.

Get classic forum style - custom videos to captains quarters screen

Play with the best - die like the rest

Seconded (or is is thirded)

The reason the expansions into WiS are delayed is because they can't find anything fun to do. Since they took all the "creative" work (producing items like clothing, implants, fancy ceromonial sabres etc) out of the game and into the NeX.

And all the additional options like bars etc, would either need a model where people supply stuff like furniture into a market to "pimp out" your establishment. Or they need to create even more stuff for aurum that would be so ludicrously expensive in total cost for outfitting one establishment that nobody would bother.

The NeX is a dead end.

+1 to OP
It was fun to read and nicely done

I probably would have only been able to come up with something like , oh..."The new Nex items are more of CCP crapping in your cereal bowl and handing it to you with a "Here you go hon, have all you want."
