WTB Toon BS at least 4 any race

Looking for a BS skilled toon with T2 or close to T2 guns/missiles for BS sized weapons.

Budget is high, but this should be a cheaper toon. I dont need 80 mil SP. Probably something in the 15-25 mil SP.

I'll consider all races, but I would prefer a minmatar or amarr toon.

Any toon that can fly faction BS is also welcome.

In addition I will entertain trades. If more details are required I will respond personally. I have a Maxed Hulk/Rhea/Trade Toon I would be willing to trade.

I'm not looking for a 30+ mil sp toon. I want a toon close to t2 guns and bs to 4 or 5.
