I find it interesting that folks generally look down on the contributions of folks who have devoted their energies to industry, at least implying that such "carebears" add little to a game where real adventuring is devoted to the sing;e-minded pursuit of PvP kills. Ironically, if there were more "carebears" cranking out more production, your ship costs would be lower.

The obvious solution is that you need to fly more tech 1 frigate and destroyers in pvp to learn how to play and not die, then upgrade to cruisers.
