mod that prevents cyno's in low sec

i guess i should of been more clear, yes im only asking for something that works on grid, i was hoping for a mod u activate on a ship before it lights the cyno, other wise if it lights the cyno first your to late, some will say u can use a ships scanner, but most of the time u dont have time to scan a target before it gets away

Watch along while I narrate...

At 48sec, they spot a Pilgrim decloaking. Ships begin moving to intercept, targeting and moving into range.

At 55sec, it lights a Cyno. That's 7 seconds for you and your wonder jammer to stop him.

At 58sec, ships begin jumping in. One of these first ships inbound is carrying another Cyno, because they know the first will be dead very soon.

At 1:04, the Pilgrim dies. His lifespan on grid was 20 seconds.

At 1:05, more ships pour in. Somewhere in those 6 seconds, another Cyno went up... everyone was a little too busy to notice.


So... how's that single target Cyno Jammer working out for you?

im not asking for a magic win button, i understand that there r alot of possiblities that could happen in eve game play. its just that there needs to be a way to try and counter the bridging in low sec, lets be honest titans were put into game for 0.0 game play, for major allaince to have their wars over sov in 0.0, my idea is just trying to give the smaller gangs in eve that dont want to be in 0.0 a place to play/fight without all the allaince bullshit

I have been Titan bridge upon in lowsec once. Having aligned to a celestial like the FC wanted, I scooted from the scene. My derpface friends, who thought "align to celestial" meant "bump off gate" died. Ublublublub.

I have been hotdropped by Nyx's three times in Lowsec. Having a ship which goes faster than 0m/s, I escaped the long point of the cno Hound whilst killing it, and warped to a celestial before the massive behemoths targeted my BC. On one occasion, my foes died, losing a Vindicator. Ublublublublub.

I have died at least 50 times in lowsec to people with a web and scram who i could not outrun. Clearly, Titans are blotting out the sun and need nerfing, because someone has a toon stuck in those ships and signs them on for a few minutes once a week to bridge fleets on top of me ALL THE TIME. My buttocks are incredibly sore and my e-peen is shrivelled so CCP needs to make a module which stops these guys who have spent tens of billions of ISK on their ships and trained for years and have the social capital to amass enough friends to make titan bridging hotdrops on my poor, shiftless, antisocial whiny vagrant self possible.

That's how this game works, right? The tough pick on the weak in lowsec, and then the weak get ships and modules added into the game to make their inadequacies and lack of skill go away.

Well, OK, i'll concede the ASBs help in this regard, but asidde from that....no.

well your welcome to your opinion, im simply saying there should be a way to counter it in low sec, in 0.0 if you have sov u can cyno jam an entire system..........right?
why cant there be something like that but on a smaller scale in low sec or are u so superior with your way of thinking that u just cant grasp the idea,

What about another script to go inside the hics infi point thingy?? and the two cant be used at the same time by the same ship, meaning you need a second hic on grid? it would reward the prepared and not be i think overpowered, as you can only use them before cyno is lit

just dont fly anything worth hotdropping, problem solved? or leave those cyno alt flying mallers alone , so they arent forced to hotdrop your ****** drake? Pirate

also with the new FW low sec 1 h cyno jammer , you atleast got a tactical window to deny the enemy from using caps (atleast untill they kill the jammer or forces them to sneak in capital support beforehand).

This thread has descended into a load of null sec faggots slapping the idea down as terrible as all they can do is hotdrop and gank smaller gangs, after clearly having no experiance in lowsec i would advise you to keep out of the thread, but i get you idiots cant help but smack down idea's that would limit the ganks your fail alliances can muster people to pull off, especialy ***** PL :) the biggest hotdropping gimps in game, as for the nice guy that gave a step by step acount of the hotdrop that he no doubt died to, tbh i was thinking it better as a lowsec only script to add to the infi point thingy rather then a null sec faggotry mod.


Nullsec get bubbles lowsec gets a targeted cyno jammer, i think its about time lowsec had a buff of some sort as as far as i can recall its been a while since the pirates got any love? (FW is for faggots and bears, im talking a buff for pirates)

I don't think a bubble mechanic would be out of the question. It would certainly be limited to the local grid, in fact it would be quite possible to fly outside the bubble and light a cyno.

perhaps a bubble would be better the a single point, anyways thanks for the idea
