Iphone WiFi

Can anyone out there help me out with a problem im having with me iPhone WiFi. i can use my iPhones persional hotsptot to connect to the internet and have had no problems with any websites/games aside from EVE. i cant eve get the login page to open or anything! i have a 10GB data plan wich should be more then enough to play for a few hours a day. any help would be great!!!!
