Character Bazaar

I am Looking for a bare-bones, basic, no-nonsense market alt. Jita standings are a big plus, but not 100% necessary.

Any other skill training will be evaluated based on relative utility. For example, I would be quite pleased to see some research and production skills, freighter, transport, orca, covert ops, or PI for additional passive income and trading flexibility. Conversely, I would be absolutely unimpressed by a heavy investment in mining, combat skills, leadership, or any other skills that would not come to much use.

Budget ceiling for the purchase will be 20billion isk. That should be more than sufficient for any character meeting my limited criteria, but you never know. I will be monitoring this thread for character offers (don't attempt to contact me in-game, I rarely log on). Please be sure to list your asking price and provide a functional eveboard link in your post. Failure to adhere to any rules regarding character sales (not in npc corp, negative wallet, etc.) will, of course, void the sale and my interest.

Caldari Navy Standing is 5.74

That is a brokers fee (including relevant skills) of .2456 %

If you want I could get the Caldari Navy Standing up Above 9 as well for an extra Billion and could be completed by Oct 15th

This would drop the brokers fee to .2144 %
