Are there any other uses for a Tier 3 BC i was thinking fitting one for missions. I was thinking typical buffer fit for mission ops. Let someone else grab aggro and then provide damage? If this is possible any suggested fits? I was thinking of using a T2 fitted Tornado since i love the look of them but the Naga has good range as well. THanks

there is no mission that cannot be done alone and if you have two ships, you should rather have them running missions independantly.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Nah i mean as part of a larger group. A fleet with somebody taking point and grabbing aggro.

If you know spawn locations and make sure that tanking ship will be significantly closer to those, then it doesn't really matter how will you fit your tier3. If you feel confident, you can fit it for blap+tracking/range and it should work. I'd fit some buffer (like, extender maybe) to prevent accidents when you fail to warp out in case you screw positioning of tier3 and get aggro.

That said, people do some L4 missions in tier3s solo. Oracle is nice as it can combine close-range tracking with faction gain medium with mid-to-long range optimal with Scorch. It helps as you'll need to do 2 things: range tank (speed mitigation still needed) and blap things that try ti get close asap. I think such fit utilizes AB, but remember that getting webbed is to recieve lossmail then. Repper is mandatory ofc.

This is mostly missioning for fun though, it's not very reliable or effective, it just for the sake of some adrenaline. If you are interested (even though solo fit is not what you need at the moment), I'll find some fits for such solo and post them here.
