I believe that's out of date as you can't sign in to the Accont Management screen on an expired account any more.

You can sign into Account Management even if you're expired. I did it a two weeks ago.

You can't log into the game but you should always be able to access the Account Management screen since otherwise how else would you apply the 4 hours for PLEX or even re-sub with a credit card or w/e your preferred method of money transfer is?

I was so certain I was using the correct password, alas resetting the password did the trick. I am glad CCP is making it easy for them to take my money (or someone elses hard earned cash).
