I wonder if you'd really want devs in that state of mind hit serious code (or graphics, or music) in your EvE.

I prefer them "wasting" time having fun, in my (ok, our) EvE.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
