I Need a HighSec Miner Killed, Easily Done, I Know When & Where He'll Be, 250 mil + Ship Cos

Target: Mort ach

Location: Thiarer, Orva, or surrounding systems

Conditions: Must deliver frozen corpse along with an EVEmail linking both his mining ship kill, his pod kill, and your concord loss to claim reward. No pod = no reward.

Reward: 250 mil + a reimbursement for the jita price of your hull, not fitting

I would recommend a smartbombing raven, he's weary, and he doesn't mine AFK and will close down operation at the first sign of trouble.

Bonus: He mines in clusters of exhumers, while Mort ach is the primary target, 20 mil will be paid for any additional mining ships you manage to take out in the attack.

Do not reveal any intel as to the nature of the contract.

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

oh and if you know where he is and what ship to use why not just do it and save the isk ?

Nope press conference still on.

A neg sec won't stop you from going into highsec and killing someone, esp as the system you said he in is a 0.5 so navy would take an age to react.

mad props for posting hit contracts in warfare and tactics... its not like there exists a sub forum to ya know ask for mercs or hits.
I'm also not sure if this is a troll or your ******** if the recommended course of action is to use a SB'ing raven since the guy is smart... how is a smart bombing raven gonna sneak up and gank...?

I will in fact pay, what I won't do is hand money over to goons up front, as much as I love them.

Money up front is a pretty standard thing. No scam here, this is how I make money & I wouldn't make money if I scammed. Not to mention that you can't actually use the forums to scam...

its not bewilderment that a raven will work... its bewilderment that thats the idea you came up with. there are much more efficient ways of doing this even if your dead set on using a SB'ing BS... if you wanna use a SB;ing BS... why not use a cheap t1 BS... any one with 8 hislots will do... disco scorp/amrag will do the same thing as your raven at half the hull price.
