Three jumps from Jita in Kamokor, a 0.7 system with cloning, factory and laboratory stations with cheap rent (below 10 mil) and relative low activity.

The Sale
Winner will join corp and be given CEO after isk is transferred to me. If you want to use 3rd party, you will pay for it.

The ISK
390 mil

Notes
There seems to have been some confusion about this sale. The primary thing up for sale here is the location - you save yourself the anguish of scavenging 100's and 100's of moons close to Jita for a place to put up shop. And you would be very lucky to find a spot quite as sweet as this, if any at all - secondary thing is the corp with high faction standings and tirshary the POS equipment.

No, you don't have to keep a small POS at the location, see it as a placeholder for your large tower with multiple factory and research lines if you'd like.
