Sociopathy takes many forms. I suppose this is the 21st century version of torturing small animals. It's a shame such a great game has to be one of the victims of this, but I suppose it was inevitable...

You really do need a break chap. Confusing RL actions with game mechanics and play, is not a healthy sign.

No, it's certainly not. Causing others frustration/annoyance for no other personal gain is definitely not healthy. It's kind of sad, really.

Because you find the game and it's mechanics frustrating and annoying, is not the fault of those that play it within it's rules. We play the game for fun (well most of us do) and as such gain pleasure from doing so.

You can't simply dismiss the game aspect to suit your argument, without the game there would be no interaction.
If you so desired, you don't even need to converse with anyone. I personally think that's a waste, but each to their own

The only time it would reflect on your personality when using it, would be if your were cheating and using what would be deemed as exploits or bots. Playing within the rules and using the tools provided with the game, is the whole point of playing it.
Again, you're confusing the rules of a game and it's permitted boundaries, with the rules of RL and it's boundaries.

There is after all a reason, why Eve is called an MMORPG.

Destination SkillQueue:- It's like assuming the Lions will ignore you in the Savannah, if you're small, fat and look helpless.

So stop playing the game if it causes you frustration and annoyance. Masochism isn't particularly healthy either.

You see, the ones who are playing the game are having fun when the game is being played in accordance to the rules. You are not. Instead, you seem to hate it when that happens. This suggests that you don't want to play the game, but keep doing it anyway. The best course of action at that point is to stop doing what causes you so much grief.

There are plenty of games out there to suit your needs — this isn't one of them, and there is no reason to change it.

No it doesn't. To think otherwise is just silly. Do you think the guy that suicide ganks hulks and macks has aspirations to suicide bomb his local farm?

Do you think low sec pirates are also IRL thieves and villians?

Jita scammers are also IRL scammers?

Its an MMORPG. RPG. Do you know what those letters stand for? Allow me to spell it out.

Role playing game. Not necessarily the kind of roleplay you do with your wife/husband, but general roleplay, as in we are whoever we want to be in Eve to have fun, within game mechanics.

Adults words don't quite absolve you of your childish tears though.

Yea, I loved reading this thread. Specially the part where the gankers think they are pvp-ing when ganking. lol

Pvp = player vs player.

The fact that you think it implies some sort of honorable combat between two combat fit ships at dusk or some stupidity is just naivety and utter foolishness.

I pvp when I trade on the market. I pvp when I race someone to the loot of a plex. I pvp when I ninja salvage and I pvp when I gank fellow eve citizens.

Is that too hard for you to understand?

No, suicide ganking is not a problem. It is part of the game.
