Hello, im interesting can i play EvE if im buy new laptop? Asus ux 31 wish Intel HD Graphics 3000.

New laptops with dedicated Graphics run the game absolutely fine.

Intel HD Graphics 3000 does Shader Model 3, so you are fine for EVE. Not sure how well it will work though, might want to turn down the graphics options.

It doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Its not a good laptop.
