If you just started a corp right now and you are nw to the game then it will hard to recruit people, i am having the same problem.
For instance what i am looking for right now is an alliance that i can join and play with. It is mutually beneficial.

I am part of the LI3 Federation, we are a null sec alliance located down in Querious. While I am no doubt jumping the gun here I thought I’d jump in and offer you a chance to mine or PVP in null sec.

While you are each respective CEO's / Directors or members of your own corps... I am looking to bolster up my own corps EU time zone member base in order to run ops.

While I can feel that you might want to keep your own "entity" there are things out in null sec that it might be a better idea to merge at least temporally, who knows… you might enjoy sitting back stress free. While we can’t offer you a lot we can we offer you....

- 10% tax, this pays alliance dues, and for Rorqual / Jump / POS fuel for Corporate POS assets, none at all goes to pay for “wages” it’s all for the betterment of the corp.
- Access to null sec space, Delve, Querious.
- Chance to pvp or learn how to
- Null sec minerals
- Mining boosts from Orca's or Rorquals offered by different people within the alliance
- One of the other corps in the alliance offers a mineral buy back (no need to haul it, they do it)
- A chance to be near the ground floor of a new null sec alliance.
- Training for pvp, and Null sec operations.
- Cheap or Free T1 Frigates to pvp in (both fitted, and unfitted)

In the next month or so the following things will be started

- Sov space with grav sites, etc
- Mineral buy back from Roo.

What we would need from you
- Maturity, Sense of humour, not easily offended
- Full API
- Willingness to move to our systems, and learn null sec life (ie watching local / intel etc)
- Willingness to pvp, at least for Strat ops, and our pocket / sov defence (Alarm clocking is not required, RL always comes first)
- Voice comms. TS for alliance, Mumble for Coalition ops
