Astrometric support skills III or IV

Must be able to:

Fly a fully fitted Cov Ops Frigate

Would be nice to have:

Ability to fly a blockade runner

Please reply on forums. As soon as a character fits my criteria (and a price I'm happy with) there will be no messing about.

Correct. We have agreed ingame, account details and 6 billion isk will be provided as soon as character is ready for transfer.
