[WTB] New Main! 30bil Budget - 90m SP+

Looking for a new main, ideally:

-Very much PVP orientated
-Multiple races (min. 2, ideally 3)
-Must be fully carrier/dread ready (mothership a big plus)
-Industry/Trade/Science/Social skills not needed

Will consider all characters around or above the 90m SP mark (that's what I estimate to have the amount and spread of good skills I'm looking for). My budget can stretch higher if I find something truly perfect.

Please post a direct link to skillsheet, and if there is one, a sale thread.

Looking forward to seeing whats out there!

check me out, if you skill amarr bs to lvl 5 then you can skill up the amarr carrier and you will have a dual mothership toon, maxed out fighter bombers and maxed oout engineering for cap support.
