level 3 pve tengu any ideas?

Err, let's see:

Six launchers
(At least) three BCUs
Two or three hardeners
One afterburner
One shield booster
Rest to taste

Honestly: A Tengu is horribly overpowered for L3s. If you think about it for five minutes and come up with a fit that doesn't end up completely devastating those poor L3s, you'll need to rethink your approach to fitting.

Heck, even a railgun Tengu breezes through L3s. Did that for a while, it was fun.

id rather stick to a single ship and fit as needed. i already have fits for L1 2 & 4 just needed 3

The CPU Efficiency Gate is slightly cheaper than the Dissolution Sequencer, but since the extra CPU isn't needed if you don't mind the cost (and if you're using a T3 on L3s you really shouldn't) you should swap out the CEG for a DS.

basic drake fit will blitz mission quite nicely and its cheaper to run than a tengu
