EVE New Citizens Q&A

Ok so i was looking into buying a tengu pilot but, I have 8 hours left on the deletion on my 3rd toon that served no use. If i buy a new pilot, will it still work even tho the deletion isnt finished on the crap toon yet.

If you don't want to wait the 8 hours, you're going to have to make a 2nd account. The cooldown for deleting is a hardtime that you can't speed up unfortunately.

But if you gotta buy now, the quickest and cheapest way of getting a 2nd account is to send a buddy pass trial to your email from your first account, make a throwaway character. Trade a plex from your 1st account to the trial account, and apply the time. Wham-o, you have a second account, and as long as you picked plex for the the reward for the buddy pass, you'll get a plex back. So you have a brand new account with ~51 days of time on it for free.

But... looking a that character, it is going to be a fixer upper, not worth 6bil IMO. Lacks T2 launcher rigs, which are really the best way to get decent damage out of that character with its lacking missile support skills. That and since it doesn't even have weapon upgrades to 5, you'll be lucky if you can fit 6 launchers on there anyways. Shield skills are also missing some crucial 5s, people say tactical shield to 4, but with it only there damage can still leak into armor, gotta have it to 5 if you are going to pay top dollar. How he is missing energy systems operation 5 on a tengu is beyond me as well.
