Step 2: Buy 5x Ogre II...


tbh that nerf came when other dps sucked compared to drones.

if it was to get 5 ogres today without a dps bonus i dont think anyone would mind at all.

Its dps is still in the scope of the myrm

DPS has not really changed much at all since then... It had far far far more to due with drone synergy with OP nos, than it had to do with the drones themselves.

What probably ended up happening is some QA dev got rolled by one and started a **** storm which ended in the ridiculous over nerfing it received.

I have used the Eos. It does near 700 DPS and can tank 700 DPS. With a Skirmish: Evasive T2 link, the sig radius is cruiser-sized. Eg; http://swift.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=14732903

I'm plugging for the Eos. I really am. And its enjoyable to fly, looks good, and monsters things.
