It comes down to what people want and there willingness imo 12B is better, but not wanting me start a sale thread, will give it a go for few more days.

I got an 14B offer through mail. Looks i will make an sale topic for this char. Need to put him in NPC corp. first as per CCP rules. My figure of 16B will make me depart from this char, and start thread.
