It is done through account management here on-line. I 'll send the offer to the character of yours. You will receive notification in-game, with the price i offer. You pay the price, CCP provides you with the code they got from me. Now, what character do you want it to be sent to?

You cannot split GTC as such among characters, but 60 day GTC can be exchanged into 2 x 30 day PLEXES. I am not sure whether you can do it yourself after purchasing it from me. Since it is done through automated excnahge system. It informs you, you give money, it adds game time from my code. I, who have the code itslef -- can do it in-game, and sell PLEX to you, through contracts. In our case I can sell you two PLEXes for 550 m ISK each. So you can chose -- by here, 60 day GTC for 1.1 b ISK for ONE character of your choice. Or buy from me in-game, two 30 day PLEXes for 550 m each.

Edited my message above, after looking up some info. If you want two PLEX in-game, where do you want the contract. JITA? Amarr? Not sure I can do it in other space.
