In detail:
This character has been a research alt occasionally used for building and mining fleets in highsec.
I am the original owner and creator of this character.
She has a VERY clean history and very focused training as an eve industrialist.
No killrights
No pvp history
No scamming or other "questionable" history.
Currently over 17mSP in skills +1.26m unused SP and still training.


Can fit Hulk, Mack and Skiff with perfect yield from t2 strip miners for all highsec ore types.
+Ice Harvesting V
VERY good tanking/shield skills

11 build slots(max) with Production efficiency V
11 research slots(max) (Science V, Metallurgy V, Research V) for fastest possible jobs.

Cybernetics V
Attention4 remaps!!!!!!!!! (3 bonus + 1 normal)
Attention3 jumpclones (all in highsec)

5x RnD agents are currently producing Gallente starship datacores, (the amount could be improved with a few missions for standings).

Thanks guys, getting closer but 5.5 only just covers plex cost to train a character this far. :)

To answer 1 question - the unused sp can be allocated to any skills and are added on top of the 17m+ already in trained skills when used.

Thanks sonofa but already one offer of 7b and not really looking to go that low at the moment. Character is building enough to pay for its plex+ more so if not sold will just keep training.
