Truly I have never seen such a thing, for CQ melts my poor computer. On the plus side, I can use it as a heater during the frigid winter months.

Actually, there's some graphic options regarding CQ, so you can adjust the amount of heat produced.

Which btw, is about the only use there is to CQ ;)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Yep, turning on the CQ is the quickest and surest way to get my Mac client to throw more exceptions than it knows what to do with...

I find that if you play Eve in bed on a laptop and put the laptop on the mattress where your head usually goes, your toasty warm when the Mrs finally cracks it and tells you to turn it off.

There's actually the option not to enter CQ, and get new highscores on shipspinning instead :)

But CQ is nice, on the test server and in a version you haven't visited yet.

But it's nice once, then it's plain stupid.

So wait..we have the technology to produce spaceships capable of jumping from system to system, Destroying a entire fleet with one button (OLD DD) we can clone ourselves and live forever.....but we cannot create a gas mask and bust open a single door?

If you swap the heatsink with a custom built one, it also doubles as a frying pan to cook your bacon, or a kettle to boil water and make Tea!

On a side note, CCP, can you fix that horrible engine you use for CQ. I decided to test my new 560ti by triple boxing CQ on max settings with 3 monitors. I watched it burn and had to replace it..
