I am considering selling this character

Was used as a neutral jump freighter and a scout for a while then was starting to skill for a Aeon. Still about 9 months away though.
Interested to see if there is interest in him now.

Not at all. Just not very useful right now. It definitely has potential for a patient guy.

If I were in the market for a long term project I would go 9B on this one.

Lishma was right it is a gimp its missing most of the core skills and it is a long term project but i am willing for its ability to be a jump freighter tho not the one i want rhea prefered.... to offer you say 3bil b/o

Loot of sp, but needs a loooot training before it will be useful.
i can offer 4Bil, still for this sp it is very small amount and i would not sell it.
You have to invest some plexes and train it a little bit to have a good price for it.
