i think he is worth 23b.

Problem people dont really know how to value or evaluate a character. They base it on what the character would have sold for a year ago or at a time when the eve economy was different. But plex prices changed, massive inlfation hit eve and that effects character prices.

i wouldnt buy him but i think he is worth 23b. you got get cybernetics 5 and thermodynamics. and train the tengu skills if you're gonna fly the tengu.

There is another character which I am negotiating with atm. This is my fav tho, because it is the kind of hbyrid (gal/cal) setup I favored. But I can not and will not shell out one more dime.
