Bug using Orca SMA

I was wondering if anyone else still gets this bug that has been persistant for about a year now, or if CCP only hates me. Tonight after logging in, joining fleet, undocking and warping to my corp mates Orca to swap ships, this is the message received. "You cannot store your ship as you are currently a criminal on the run from Concord or are trying to escape player retribution."

The only work around for this is to either eject in space, scoop with the orca and then eject another ship out of the orca and board it from space, or trade in station. Sure would be nice if CCP could fix this as it hinders my swapping abilities from the orca.

I also had this problem a few days a go, I was out with my alts orca using it as a mobile base, was out scanning down sites and I was agressed by NPC's then I wasn't able to change ships over to do the site. I even waited for 15-20 minutes and tried again and still wouldn't let me put the ship in the orca. I was able to fix the problem by logging off and logging back in.
