I'm both very excited and terrified at the same time. I really hope it doesn't suck.

About smeggin time...

The wait is finally almost over, god they look old in that top link (even Kryten has bags under his eyes). P

That is perfectly ok though because new Red Dwarf is very cool, and judging by those Youtube vids this series is gonna be great. Cool
Its good to be [Gallente](http://dl.eve-files.com/media/1209/QEQlJ.jpg).

After a quick search of Wikipedia it seems that the new season only has, six episodes....

Right, so when does Red Dwarf 11 air? P

Typical BBC / British TV season length. I know, it sucks Cry. (There's a show I like that only gets 6 episodes every 2 years...)

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Sometimes when I post, I look at my sig and wish that I'd follow my own god damned advice.

I love this show. A bloke, a cat, a service droid, and a hologram, all messing around on a ship in deep space. I can't think of a finer recipe.

I can't wait for the new series!

They'll manage to screw it up... they always do when milking a franchise.

Case in point... Star Trek: Enterprise

No officer above the rank of mess sergeant is permitted to go into combat with pierced nipples?

Hmm, I got mixed feelings about it. I love Red Dwarf, and thus I have very high expectations of it. Will it be able to be as good in the context of the current society as it did previously?

Try to enjoy it for what it is and not what you think it should be. Smile

Back to earth was a bit disappointing. I have been waiting years for a proper return.

Just watched it (Dave On-demand).

An enjoyable episode, it looks like they're back on form, and I'm looking forward to the next one.

I went to the very first Red Dwarf convention in sunny Northampton. :)

Met Hattie Hayridge (Holly), Danny John Jules (Cat), Rob Grant (Writer) and Robert Llewellyn (Kryten).

We drank a lot of beer, watched all the first four seasons pretty much back to back and had some good laughs designing costumes for the cat on beermats.

STILL one of my favourite shows.

I even joined Smegineer's back in the day as I was recruited by none other than Mechanoid Kryten!

Now I just need to go visit my sister as she has Dave on her telly. :)
My missus thinks of EvE as 'the other woman'. :)

Nevermind that, we just have to make sure no-one breaks Space Corps Directive #723

Also, the new show is awesome. Back to the ways of old, it reminded me of Red Dwarfs high point around seasons 5 and 6 Big smile

Swindon?! That's nothing.

#723(b) would be even worse.

This world does NOT need a second Milton Keynes. It didn't even need the first.
