Lost account names

I'm trying to clean up and sell/trash a heap of my chars.

But I've forgotten 2 of my account names.

Does anyone know where I can recover the account name if I know at least one of the chars on the account?

You almost certainly need the email address you used to register those accounts.

More likely, can't be done. CCP's not going to assist in people hijacking other people's accounts (which would be a not insignificant risk to helping people access accounts when they only know public information).

Yeah. That was my thoughts on this.

It's also half the problem. The email address they're attached to is dead and buried (otherwise I'd look them up).

Did you pay for them with a Credit or Debit card? Because you might, might be able to get access through that.

Basically, assuming it's possible, you're going to have to be fairly convincing in proving that you're the legitimate owner of the accounts.

If the install of EVE Online that use used to log in is still there, then it is very much likely you can find the individual chat logs of your character (if you have chat logging).

Please look in the two locations for any files that may help. Chat logging is batched by channels rather than characters, so may require some sifting, but do a search for system change messages.

C:\Users\WINDOWSPROFILENAME\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\DRIVE_INSTALLLOCATION
