lol what did they expect?

they steal ccp's work and make a game of their own for profit?

maybe the royalties ccp get can for their model's being used can go towards hiring moar flying in space devs

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

well they still seem to be using the stuff, and also seem to still have people annoying them on the forums.

I guess you people don't understand how long things sometimes takes to accomplish. Especially when dealing with companies in foreign countries, eg: Iceland to Greece.

Hell, Iceland isn't even in the EU to help smooth things out.

I'm sure CCP lawyers have a boilerplate letter with evidence that they send out to alleged IP infringers. Then that letter is sent to the alleged infringer, who then hands it to their lawyers who provide advice, after validating the authenticity of the sender's claims.

Sure this may seem like a clear-cut case of IP infringement to you and me, but in the legal world, there is a lot of shades of grey that can be presented.

All of this takes time. Weeks or months, not days or hours.
