Skills considered a must:
- Command Center Upgrades V
- Interplanetary Consolidation V
- Planetology III
- Remote Sensing III

Skills I Would like aswell
- Advanced Planetology

Only looking for PI so skillpoints put anywhere else has no interest

has all the above skills , but some nice extras as well ... no one would bother to sell a 2m SP char because it would cost more than the market price for it =)
