Isn't this what all those afk miners have that I keep seeing, they keep docking up on a regular basis. They never respond when I try to start a conversation though and if you blow them up they just keep warping in and out in their pod like nothing has happened. You'd almost think they were controlled by some sort of bot.

Could you provide a CCP quote on that? During the most recent CSM Minutes Two Step specifically asked about the new POS's and CCP said nothing about people not supposed to be living in WH. They specifically didn't put ice belts there to make logistics hard.
