tech 2 ship hulls and specialization

With the newest ship balance passes, it seems that some tech 2 ships are no longer aligned with their tech 1 counterpart. For example, the tristan is now the tech 1 gallente drone frigate, where the ishkur is the tech 2. My question to CCP is if tech 2 hulls will be moved over to their tech 1 counterparts.

For example:
Ishkur: incursus --> tristan
hawk: merlin --> kestrel


More exciting I think is the upper end ships. For example, depending on the balance changes, Paladin: Apoc --> abaddon.

Thoughs? Devs?

There is no real need to change the models, what with them just having redone them all it would be a bit of a waste of resources.....

They don't necessarily neeed to follow anyway tbh, they haven't before. i mean the hawk was a always a missile boat based on merlin instead of kestrel for example.

they always have before. The merlin used to be a a split system ship, having both turrets and missiles in equal numbers. It was only recently that it went solely to hybrids.
